The company shall not be bound by any conditions inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions which may be contained in an order sent to the company and every such order shall be read and construed as if such conditions inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions were not included therein.
No variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing between the authorised representatives of the company and customer. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Downloading images of products for sale within this site is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, or in any way exploit the content of this site, in whole or in part.)
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the email address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Chogou.com site. The changes will apply to the use of the Chogou.com site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Chogou.com site. QUALITY OF GOODS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company states that goods shall at the time of delivery conform to the manufacturer's standard specification and be reasonably fit for the purpose for which they are supplied, provided always that the Company shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss of or damage to property arising from use of the goods, otherwise than strictly in accordance with the directions recommendations and precautions for use on the label on the goods and in any leaflet issued by the Company in respect thereof.
All other conditions and warranties express or implied statutory or otherwise are excluded and subject as foresaid the Company shall have no liability what so ever for the for any loss of or damage to property arising from supply or use of the goods except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence. The company shall be under no liability for breach of the express warranties given above unless the Customer informs the Company in writing as soon as practical of the event or defect alleged to have occasioned the damage and allows the Company a reasonable opportunity of inspecting the goods where practicable.
INFORMATION, ARTICLES AND ADVICE - Chogou offer articles, information and advice to pet owners through this site for educational purposes only. Any information offered through this site is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure your pet and is not a substitute for veterinary care provided by a licensed Veterinary Surgeon. For any medical or health related advice concerning the care and treatment of your pet, contact your regular Veterinary Surgeon.
PRODUCT DISPLAY AND COLOURS - This site attempts to display product images as accurately as possible. however, we can not guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour. Note that the display of colour may depend, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
ERRORS ON SITE - Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and Chogou reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chogou will issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank polices will control when this amount is credited to your account in the amount of the charge. (If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Chogou's Return Policy.)

To register with Chogou.com you must be over eighteen years of age.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

INTENDED FOR USERS OVER 13 YEARS OF AGE - The safety of children is very important to us. Although this site is intended for use by persons at least 13 years of age, Chogou can not prohibit minors from visiting our site and must rely on parents and guardians (at least 18 years of age at time of use) to decide which materials are appropriate for children under 13. Chogou will not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Acceptance of Orders
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked to register a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major credit/debit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the internet. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received you order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us , when the order is ready for despatch. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable.
VALIDATING YOUR ORDER - After you place an order using our shopping basket, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving a reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have provided with the order. Generally, your credit/debit card will not be charged if we reject an order; however, we will process a refund if a charge has been made against your card.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION- Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of you order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Chogou reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made. Title to the goods passes on delivery at which time risk storage or damage to the goods passes to the customers
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS - The company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond the company's control including but not limited to strikes, storage of materials or power, accidents, fires and breakdowns of plant or machinery. If due to such circumstances there are insufficient goods of the kind to be supplied here under available to the company from its normal sources the company shall be entitles (by giving notice to the customer of its intention to do so) to ration the available goods between its customers as it thinks fit or to postpone performance of the contract without incurring any liability whatsoever.
ORDER LIMITATIONS/LIMITED QUANTITIES - Chogou may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Restrictions may include orders placed by the same site account, the same credit/debit card and orders that use the same billing and /or shipping address. In the event we make a change to your order, we will attempt to notify you by the email and/or billing address provided with your order. Chogou reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Payment Terms
The terms, prices and specifications quoted in the company's price list are subject to alteration and prices include Value Added Tax. All goods are sold subject to prices ruling at the time of delivery a contained in the Company's current standard price list. Goods shall be paid for in full before despatch to customer. All prices are in £ sterling and will be billed in UK pounds Sterling. The prices include UK VAT. If your credit card company operate in a different currency, they will convert payment into pounds sterling to your local currency at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of the transaction. You are liable for any local, state or foreign country taxes, if you are ordering from outside the UK you may pay by any of the credit and debit cards shown on the page. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
Posting and Packaging
Postage prices are available at the end of the checkout process.
Delivery schedule - We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be dispatched within the specified time, we will contact you via email or phone to notify you of this. All purchases made on the Chogou.com site will also be governed by the specific Product Terms relevant to each product as seen in the product descriptions.
Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Export Restrictions
If you choose to have goods sent to any destination outside the UK, you are confirming that you have checked the laws regarding the country of destination and that these goods are legally permitted in that country. Chogou cannot be held responsible for any goods that are seized by the authorities in the country you have chosen the goods to be sent to. You may pay by any of the credit and debit cards shown on the page. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
Claims for Damaged Goods and Shortages
Notice of defects must be given to the Company in writing within 3 days after receipt. Failure to do so shall be deemed to be unconditional acceptance but the Company shall not be liable for any damage (whether direct or indirect) caused to the Customer or persons authorised or permitted by him to operate use or come into contact with the goods due to such faults or defects. No such claim can in any circumstances be entertained in respect of goods the subject of a clean receipt given by the Customer or on its behalf to the carriers or their agents. Where any valid claim in respect of any of the goods is notified to the Company in accordance with these Condition, the Company shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at the Company's sole discretion, refund to the Customer the price of the goods ( or a proportionate part of the price) but the Company shall have no further liability to the Customer.
Non - Delivery
Non receipt of products must be notified in writing to the company within 10 days of date of invoice or advice of despatch.
Returns
We want to do the best we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Postage cost on returns are the customer's responsibility. We will not be liable for any losses made due to the postal system losing the package on its return. We recommend you use recorded delivery to send returns back to us.
You can return an item if it is different from what we have advertised, or that is faulty or damaged on delivery. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to inform us that you are returning your product.
If you do not like the products received, we will refund you the full amount excluding postage and packaging. We will not be liable for any losses made due to the postal system losing the package on its return. We recommend you use recorded delivery to send returns back to us.
Wrong sizes can be exchanged for the correct size; however you will have to pay the postage again for us to resend the products out to you. We ask you to make sure that you measure your pets correctly and use our sizing guides to avoid this.
All return items must be sent back unused and in the original packaging. Any used products will not be entitled to a refund.
The company will only accept the return of any products for exchange or credit if returned within 5 days of receipt.
Items should be returned to Chogou, 60 Chapel Hill, Stansted, Essex, CM24 8AQ.
